**Cancellation by Site / Customer**
Customers may cancel their orders anytime before the cut-off time for their chosen delivery slot by contacting our customer care number within 10 minutes of placing the order. Returns are not applicable. If a refund or cancellation is approved, you will automatically receive a refund credited to your original payment method within 4 business days. Once the order has been processed for dispatch, cancellation is no longer allowed.
If a customer is dissatisfied with the quality or color of the food items, they are not entitled to request a cancellation or refund for the invoice.
If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us immediately via email at care@queencookies.in, and we will address your concerns. We reserve the right to cancel any orders we suspect may involve fraudulent transactions or violate the terms and conditions of using the website. We will maintain a list of all fraudulent transactions and customers, denying them access or canceling any orders they place.
